Holiday Closures:

Our warehouse will be closed on 25th and 26th December 2025 and 1st and 2nd January 2026. Orders placed during these dates will be processed once we reopen.

As a small family-run business, we cherish the festive season and want our team to enjoy this time with loved ones. This means we will have fewer staff and limited processing days, with 7-10 working days turnaround on standard shipping orders during the festive period.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Standard Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days of placing your order.

• Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery takes 3-4 working days.

Please note that these times are approximate, and while we aim to meet them, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free Delivery on Orders Over £75

Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders of £75 or more. For orders under £75, standard delivery charges apply.

Delivery Details

• Delivery Partner: Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and you’ll receive updates directly from Royal Mail.

• Delivery Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Mini Moments cannot be held accountable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect details provided at checkout.

Packaging

We are conscious of our environmental impact and aim to reduce waste where possible. Orders may arrive in recycled packaging from our suppliers, which is fully recyclable. If you prefer a plain box, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take up to a day for tracking details to appear on the Royal Mail system.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver, they will leave a notification with options for re-delivery or collection. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection promptly. If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, any costs for re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
